Richard D.S. Yanke

Mr. Yanke is the inventor of the SkyBanr Mini-Lift system brings 29 years of experience and is a 4th generation decorative/advertising artist and interior designer with an Inter-Provincial Certificate from the Saskatchewan Technical Institute. Mr. Yanke has also been awarded the instructors award in this subject. He has worked closely in designing and producing projects with high profile clients such as Disney, NBC Studios and Sony. Mr. Yanke is also the founder of Image 79 Studios (founded in 1979), a company that has provided grand format printing services in Canada and the United States for the last 15 years. Image 79 Studios was among the first companies in North America to offer grand format digital printing. Prior to the advent of grand format digital imaging, Image 79 Studios offered traditional grand format imaging services and employed up to 50 artisans. In April 2003,04,05,06 President Bush appointed Mr. Yanke to the National Business Advisory Counsel for Small and Medium Business and Honorary Chairman to represent California, and also received the National Leadership Award and Gold Medal. Mr.Yanke also received the Businessman of the Year award for 2005.
Stephan F. Bauer

Mr. Stephan F. Bauer will be responsible for all financial aspects of the Company, including budgeting, management, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Skylyft, Mr.Bauer who was born in Seattle, WA. Formal education in England at Oxford Prep and the London School of Economics, Stephan Bauer has had extensive experience promoting and marketing of IPOs in both Small Cap NASDEC and local exchanges in Europe the UK and Canada. From preparation of business plans, operating plans and producing the financials required for such offerings with major and minor auditing firms and investment companies. When he was in charge of running a part of WEA, Stephan was responsible for the development of overseas sales of American bands repackaging products and images. He also worked for producer mangers Micki Most and Peter Grant touring with Led Zepplin, Jeff Beck Band, Small Faces, and re constructed distribution operations at WEA UK that cut costs and increased volume of products sold. This is where he got most of his practical training in financial planning that allowed him to move into some Merchant Banks as a project developer, where he bought and sold companies and their assets. Having met a group of large property owners, he became their design build developer taking their sites and creating a building and leasing program for each, funded by major Pension Funds and Public Investment companies. He was responsible for developing the plan of action for each deal he generated. On his return to America, Stephan became a minor partner in a successful construction company creating and developing design build income properties, mostly retail centers. It is also where he got his first experience in the electronic media business. After 5 years of developments and startups in the tech areas of Seattle, Stephan was recruited to open a bank owned commercial real estate investment company in LA. For the last 17 years has supervised a variety of startups that have gone public or found enough private funding to become successful operations in many markets. In addition to overseeing the activities leading up funding, he also supervised operating activities to a profitable conclusion. From these projects Stephan learned the inside details of running public companies. Stephan Bauer has acted as a stock promotions consultant and created business plans designed to best respond to the prevailing market conditions of exchanges all such offering where being sold in. Stephan brings new ideas and ways to gain market share to new companies seeking specific goals in their business domain and developing actual operations to meet those goals and sell both stock and product for cash flow to grow to the next plateau of funding and expansion.
Damien A. Aranche

Mr. Auranche has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Rouen Graduate School and Management in France; he has also received a graduate degree in international business from Ceoppead, Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Mr. Aranche was Marketing and Sales manager for Hexis. Mr. Aranche managed the Hexis head quarters in Los Angeles, California and was instrumental in establishing the French companies presence in the United States and was responsible for increasing sales by 100% for over 4 years Mr. Aranche also worked with the prestigious ELF oil firm and was responsible for all cost control and auditing on one of their largest projects in Germany.
Glen A. Gruner

Mr. Gruner has over twenty years experience in retail space mall construction. Over the past years he has worked with mall ownership and management through his previous company Mal-Wall, Inc. Mr. Gruner is considered a pioneer in the barricade business and has designed and created many barricade innovations in place today. Mr. Gruner in his participation with Mal-Wal participated or managed the installation of barricades in over 600 malls across the country.
Lee P. Robinson
Vice President Business Relations
Mr. Robinson has thirty two years experience in sales and marketing from such companies as AT&T, MCI, and Pacific Bell. He was the account manager for such companies as Colonial Life and Accident and Ohio Capital America Insurance Companies of Cleveland. Mr. Robinson also manages the venture capital portfolios for numerous accredited Investors.
Stephen Smith
Vice President Sales & Investor Relations
Mr. Smith was most recently Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Galbreath Commercial Properties. He served as President of Internet Venture Partners, Inc., structuring joint ventures and strategic alliances within the investment community on the Internet. He was previously VP and COO of Future Financial Advisors, Inc., a brokerage firm. Mr. Smith has been involved for more than a decade in the financial community in the placement of public offerings, creation of investor relations and the sale of investment opportunities.
Garry E. Tynan
Sales and Marketing Consultant
Garry E. Tynan has over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Imaging and Printing business sectors with Xerox and Ricoh. He was also area-marketing manager for Savin and increased revenues substantially while in this position. Since 1991, he served as Vice President Western Operations for COLORIMAGE Canada.
Stuart A. Moir

Stuart A. Moir has a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University in Kingston (Honors Economics) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Moir has been a business lawyer in Vancouver for the past 15 years and has operated a leasing company for the last 12 years. Mr. Moir was awarded a B.A. Degree from Queens University Kingston Ontario, with Honors/Economics; and a LLB Degree from the University of British Columbia.
Ralph E. Harrison II

Ralph E. Harrison is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his L.L.M., in Securities and Financial Regulations. He also interned for the Securities & Exchange Commission in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and holds a B.A., from Long Beach State University in Long Beach, California. Mr. Harrison is a member of the California State Bar. He works with clients in the areas of public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and complying with reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Mr. Harrison's practice is not limited to business and banking law. Mr. Harrison is also an adept litigator who handles a gamut of matters involving business torts, white-collar crimes, real estate law, civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Harrison has also appeared on a number of shows: CNN's Connie Chung Tonight, CNN's American Morning with Paula Zahn, The Today Show with Matt Lauer, The CBS Early Show, MSNBC, ABC NEWS Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer, and a number of radio broadcasts.
